Download Assistant Error

Hi there,
I wanted to download SpectraLayers Pro 11 just now but I am receiving the following error message (I’m in Germany, so the message is in German):

Any idea when this problem will be rectified?

Works fine here (going through SpectraLayers > SpectraLayers Pro 11). I’m in France.

I’m in Germany, so maybe this is a local issue?
What does Steinberg say about this?

Interestingly enough, the Download Manager is working properly now. It must have been a temporary glitch that lasted for a few hours.
