Been trying for a few hours, but every time I go to launch Download Assistant I get this error:
My internet connection is fine. I thought maybe the servers were slammed with the new release but I haven’t seen anyone talking about that. DA has worked fine on this Windows 11 computer in the past.
Installed the latest version of DA. Working now.
I had the same issue, took a while and multiple attempts for the download assistant to update; I thought the same: swamped servers due to the new v15 release - actually still downloading and installing (both MAC/PC versions, probably fighting it out on this end as well 
I just wanted to download the new Cubase 15 version, but encounter the same issue on my Mac. Unfortunately even after installing the newest version of the DA the same error message appears. Do you have a hint?
