There were a few posts about this. This one announced the update:
But then there was another about a related error with the SLA. I did just a cursory look, but didn’t see the one I was thinking about, so it may be worth your while to search a bit - someone else saw the same 16G download.
Mine was only 5 (the “Missing” downloads) and I from what I could glean from the posts I saw the word “missing” may not have been the best choice. All this is from memory, and probably not much help, but I at least wanted to say that there were other posts on this is you want to look for them.
