For some time, I have had the occasional instance of the download assistant hanging to a white screen when opening. Don’t get the usual little black, with rounded corners, window saying it’s loading, just (eventually) a blank white screen and the ever whirring circle of doom… 
Click the close X and retry, all opens as it should. Happens every once in say 10 times?
Anyone else?
