Download Assistant won't connect to server

Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. For some reason it won’t connect to the download server. I don’t know what to do. Didn’t know what category to use

There was an update for the SDA several weeks ago, due to certificate renewal.

I also got this error. And I don’t know why the SDA’s language is simple Chinese.

I can not choose English. My SDA version:1.39.3

I think the Download Assistant picks the system language from your computer. Is your machine using simple Chinese as the UI and System language?
