Download Package Issue

I get an error when I try to open or extract the Cubase AI 7 download package on my PC.

The dialogue title says “Compressed (zipped) Folders Error. "
The text of the message is :Windows cannot open the folder. The Compressed (zipped) Folder ‘C:\Users\Jim\Downloads\Cubase_AI_7_Installer_win.zip’ is invalid.”

I downloaded the package 3 times, each with the same result.

The file size seems correct. The file properties reports the size as 2.31 GB (2,491,300,545 bytes) and (2,491,301,888 bytes) on Disk. My account permissions are set to Full Control.

I searched through the forums and saw no other reports of this type of error.

Hi jdew,

which browser did you use to download it? Was it the same browser those three times? Please try with a different one, e.g. Firefox or Chrome or anything different.
