Just installed it there. Looking pretty great so far but I’m disappointed to see that they’ve removed the option to sort plug-ins by Vendor :frowning:

The new plug-in organiser looks pretty neat.

First question: how does one get rid of that monstrosity to the right? I am unable to undock and remove the rack/mediabay, and they simply sit there taking up a lot of screen real-estate.

Thanks, the names were a bit misleading :slight_smile: But I did get rid of it.

Second question: is it possible to turn off the “glow” around the menu and window header texts? It looks a bit garish.

It’s still there. You’ll find it in the new PluginManager in the dropdown menu in the upper right corner (arrow down icon)

How much is the download in size?

Maybe it’s related to Aero on Windows 7? The transparency settings for it should reduce that effect.
