Hmmm. I deleted all my other tool modifiers and I am trying to just drag and drop (copy) and sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. I am on Mac latest big sur , apple silicon. Anyone else having issues?

What happens, if it doesn’t work, please? What happens instead of copying? Do you see the + icon next to the mouse or not? Is the event/part moved instead or it doesn’t move? Or is it cut instead? Or anything else?
