I’ve been trying for hours to redeem my upgrade voucher for Groove Agent 5 with Steinberg Licensing and I keep getting an error code dre-417…so what can I do?

I am experiencing the same issue, error code dre-417 and cannot find an answer anywhere on the site. I have at least five other products including four Groove Agent 5 kits that all transferred fine. Just not Groove Agent 5 itself. I keep getting that same error message. For some reason I also cannot seem to generate a support ticket, it just keeps sending me back to the help page to read the same articles.

I can confirm…there is no working link to the support team…very annoying.
I hope that at least one moderator of this forum feels addressed and can help

I found a solution that at least worked for me: I uninstalled the Download Assistant, downloaded the latest version from Steinberg and installed it…then I entered the Download Access Code and this time it was accepted without any problems

Thanks for your response. I may try reinstalling download Assistant, but typically when you try to open any of those services, they automatically prompt you to update before you can even use it, which I had just done with the activation assistant when I experienced this issue. FYI, I WAS able to contact support by copying and pasting the email address, which is on the help page . I did get an acknowledgment that they had received my request. I am waiting for a solution. Meantime, I may try your suggestion. Thanks again.

Hi!
First of all sorry for the inconvenience, this was an outage in one of our systems over the weekend.
It should be up and running again since yesterday, so that propably fixed it for @Thomas .
In case you haven’t already, please simply try again.
