this might not be 100% Cubase related but thought i’d ask here…
this is my current HD drive setup.
Work folder (contains the CUBASE songs i am currently working on)
Folder on my IMAC PRO. (the fatest drive i have - measured by BLACKMAGIC to around 3000)
The work folder copies to my DROPBOX via ANYDROP, so that all my songs are allways backed up in the cloud.
This disk is a raid of 2 (soon 3) 2TB 2.5 7200rpm and is kinda slow (BLACKMAGIC around 250)
My LIBRARY folder is where i keep all my kontakt sounds (sometimes we use quite alot but usually more AUDIO)…
RAID 2 x 1TB SSD disks in a raid. (speed is about BLACKMAGIC 700)
Any thoughts or ideas as how to optimize this setup???
