Drums not coming thru windows media player

Hello All

Does anybody know what the cause of drums not coming thru
windows media player after exporting from cubase sx3,
Some files are ok and some with the hi hat and sticks for example do not come tru the player and kick drum frequently . I need some help to figure this out. thanks !

Do you know, if there is any difference in the files? Do you always use the same format, sample rate, …?

Yes same sample rate. The closed high hat is very low volume compared to the kick drum.

As far as I remember, Windows Media Player doesn’t support 24bit WAV files. Do you always export 16bit?

Usually 16 bit midi files.

Hi,

MIDI files are not 16/24bit. What exactly do you export? Could you attach a screenshot of the export window, please?
