DSPMix elicensing problem

Hi,

I am trying to open Maschine software and it is freezing when scanning my plugins because of Steinberg DSPMix / basic FX suite, and this is refering to the eLicenser control center.
I bought my UR824 second hand but I have registered it in MySteinberg, but I have a feeling the issue is that I need an activation code for BasicFx.
Not sure why it only starts doing this now, as I’ve been using my UR824 for the past 6 months without issue.

Any help here?

That refers to the VST plugins that are installed with Tools for UR, not the FX built into the device. dspMixFX does not need a license.
