DspMixFx doesn't connect to iPad Pro 2020 with UR44

Hi,

UR44 doesn’t connect to DspMixFx with iPad Pro 2020. UR44 is in class compliant mode. Interface actually connects to iPad and I can record to Garageband, but can’t use any direct monitoring functions since app doesn’t recognize the interface…

I have tried to delete the app and install it again.

With iPad 2018, app connects as it should, with same interface and usb cable. Only USB adapter is different. I am using standard Apple Usb-c camera adapter. IpadOS 15.6.1, but has never worked with previous OS versions either…

Any solutions?

Here comes some feedback from our hardware team:
Please ensure that you use a proper USB-C cable to establish the connection between your UR audio interface and the iPad. Additionally, check that your UR interface has been updated with the latest available firmware. See links below for more details.
