Does Cubase 6 Mixers move to another monitor out of the Work area screen…?

I have 2 screens, and the arrange page is on my left screen and I’ve put the mixer on my right screen.
You just put windows where you want them.
My mixers do not leave the work area screen, is there something i need to change to allow this to happen? using windows 7
Expand your work area to both monitors.
Right click on Monitor-Always On Top
