Dual Mono - combine to Stereo not working with separate folders

Hi, I noticed that combining dual mono files into stereo files in the batch processor only works if the Left and Right files are within the same folder. If I import a folder with subfolders into the batch processor even with “Accept Dual mono” activated, WL won’t recognize the files as dual Mono files and just list all of them individually.

Any thoughts about this?

Maybe a related behavior is even if the files are within the same folder, this only works if all the files are imported at the same time.

Each pair of mono files needs to be in the same folder. There is no way around that.
And yes, the mono file pairs need to be imported at the same time.
