Duplet 8th notes in the space of 1 dotted 8th (duplets in triple meter)

I’m having trouble finding the correct tuplet popover entry for duple (2) 8th notes inside 1 dotted 8th note. For context here is a picture of what I’m trying to achieve, notating duplet 8ths in 9/16.

I have tried “2:1e.”, “2:3x”, “2e:3x”, none work.

two 8th are four 16th

dotted 8th is three 16th.

set in properties panel use contracting ratio so you have the "2 and not “4”

Dumb question: Where is the “properties panel in Dorico 6? I would like to input 2 eighth notes per dotted quarter and have stabbed around all over and cannot find how to change notes from 4:3 to 2:3.

It’s the panel at the bottom of the screen.

I don’t think you can do this through properties. You would need to delete the tuplet and re-enter the correct one.
