e-Licener Issue - Failed Materialization

I purchased an upgrade of Artist 11 to 113. I was unable to update through Cubase. When I opened my e-Licenser I note that Cubase Artist 11 is listed on my dongle but when I attempted maintenance, it failed. I had two fails - failed cleaning up memory and
failed send eLicenser info. Then I tried running it as Administrator (Windows 10) and after a few seconds the program closed.

How do I fix this? Thanks.

Is the e-Licenser bang up to date? It can be very fussy.
And you know that C13 doesn’t use the e-Licenser system? But you need the dongle to go from C11 to C13.

Have you tried the Repair Action?
Also, a re-installation of eLicenser Software could help.

I first tried to fix it with the maintenance tool. While running that is when I got the failure notices.

do i first uninstall e-lice? I saw somewhere about using a special uninstall tool and I have to manually uninstall some leftover files?

You can reinstall the elicenser software first. Another ideia is changing the key to another USB port.

I was able to repair the e-lincenser. And also was able to activate the upgrade. When I opened the e-licenser the second time in preparation for technical support, whatever the issue was the first time did not reoccur and I was able to do the upgrade. Thanks. This is a closed thread.
