e licensor problems

Cubase Pro 10.5 is losing the license every time i open it and stalling . I have to dump the preferences every time and then it loads a 10.0 template.
When I open straight from a project it tries to cubase 7 and crashes and then when I go back to the main app it tries to load cubase artist.

Have had to abandon recording project for a client.Please can you fix this.

I’ve had the same problem on Mojave and 10.5. I’ve found that removing the dongle from the USB slot and putting back in works, but I’m not going to do that every time I start the program. I’m back on 10.0.5 until these Mojave bugs get remedied.
