Hi folks, currently I’m using Shift-X to demarcate fast page turns (i.e., V.S.).
My question: what would be the simplest method for showing a (parenthesized) multimeasure rest in conjunction with the volti subito marking?
For multimeasure rests you can use the MusGlyphs font, and just add it as staff text. Make sure to hide it in the score. For the V.S. marking I sometimes make a variant of the Default page template that has it pre-programmed, if I’m expecting to use it multiple times in the same project. To be honest I don’t see a reason to use both of those in conjunction, as VS usually implies that there’s no rest on the verso.
