Des noteperformer support connect to eastwest composer cloud so i can use it with dorico?
Yes, Noteperformer playback engine HOOPUS supports Hollywood Orchestra. I use it all the time – fantastic.
Just be careful that newer versions of Opus broke the tuning of the strings. From the thread (Issues with NotePerformer EW Hollywood Orchestra Strings Only - #26 by sercandere)
Noteperformer staff have gotten back to me, this is a know issue that has been reported since 1.5.3 of Opus where the strings aren’t interacting correctly with NPPE. In the meantime until this is resolved they’ve provided me with a link to drop my Opus back to 1.5.2 and it’s fixed the issue. I’ll paste the link below, they said to make sure that NPPE and any notation software it’s running in are closed before installing.

thanks, i understand that and already have hollywood orchestra, but i was thinking about subscribing to cloud and am wondering about the mechanics of that and how it interfaces with NP
Not sure in what sense you mean so I apologize in advance . The composer cloud version of Hollywood is the same except for the licensing model. Noteperformer will use the same parts of Hollywood as it does now. You can use the additional instruments and patches and such that you get with Composer cloud in parallel to Noteperformer - some good stuff there- but Noteperformer itself cant use them.
