EastWest Play engine 64bit blacklisted by the Plugin Sentinel

Hi all,

I just upgraded from Cubase Pro 8.5 to Cubase Pro 9.
It appears that the new Plugin Sentinel utility has blacklisted my EastWest Play engine (64bit).
I use the most recent version of Play.
I did reactivate the plugin and it seems to work fine after doing that.
I’m I ok now?
Why could a much used plugin from a major software developer even get blacklisted?

Thanks for your reactions,

Marathanz

This has not happened to me, but I have upgraded all my templates to using PLAY .vst3, as this allows the use of Note Expression and it really works, makes for Kontakt and UVI, although there are workarounds, to look a tad out-of-date!
