Edit Project in Wavelab 9 Opens Cubase 8.5 Instead of 9

Since I upgraded to Cubase 9 from 8.5, when I select “Edit/Edit Project” within WL9 with a wav file open, it opens Cubase 8.5 instead of 9. Is there a setting or preference to fix this? I’ve looked but can’t find one.

Windows or Mac? If Windows, go to Search Windows, type %ProgramData%\Steinberg and open the folder “Audio Export Post Process Scripts” – you should see files with names like “OpenInCubase…”, there should be one for each version you have installed.

did you upgrade to Cubase 9 from Cubase 8.5.0 or Cubase 8.5.10 ?

I still have 8.5.20 installed and then installed 9, now 9.0.10 so the files I see are:

ExplorerFolder.png
OpenInCubase8_5_64.aepp
OpenInCubase9_64.aepp
OpenInWavelab9_0_64.aepp
OpenWithExplorer.aepp
SoundCloud.png
UploadToSoundCloud.aepp
WaveLab9_0.png

The .aepp files are XML text files and the .png files are the icons referenced in the respective .aepp files.
