Please advise if you can - i have imported an old DJ mix of mine that somehow only plays through one speaker. What do i need to do to transfer the sound into the other silent channel? Help help help
Tell us some more. What version of Cubase, what soundcard.
Did the file load on a stereo track? If yes, does just the left channel meter move, or do both move when playing?
Same thing in the mixer, on the master output bus, both meters or just 1?
If both, it’s a soundcard setting.
It looks like mono track before recording. It was recorded to the stereo track. If this was mono track, it´s beter to record it to the mono track. On the (stereo) master, there are two same channels, this way.
