editing length of multiple midi notes

sometimes i want edit the length of all selected midi notes in the piano roll. using the length tool used to affect all the selected notes but since some time it doesnt.
is there a way to turn this back?

Just drag the end of one of the selected notes.

Or, use Fixed Lengths.

thanks i found out using the pencil tool doesnt work anymore (it just deselects all notes except the one under the mouse) i just gotta use another tool for it

Aloha p,

1-Make sure ‘Snap’ is off,
2-use the pointer tool to grab (select) all the
notes (MIDI events) and
3-drag them as far as you need.
