Could you please tell how much would cost me to upgrade from educational Wavelab Elements 9 to educational full version of Wavelab pro ?
I am considering upgrading it soon. If so could you send me a link/info about this information please? I would appreciated.

There are no educational upgrades.
You need to buy the “normal” upgrade from Wavelab Elements 7/8/9.

Your license then becomes a full license (not an edu license anymore).
However if you are still entitled for an Edu version, it will probably be cheaper to buy the Wavelab Pro 9 Edu version, than buying the upgrade. Plus you get the dongle with the full version, which you would have to get separately with the upgrade.
