Educational License Transfer from Computer to Computer


I’m attempting to transfer my Dorico 3.5 Pro Education Edition license from one of my computers to another, but after following the steps on the Steinberg page, my license isn’t appearing as able to be transferred from the Steinberg website (in the ‘Products’ section of my account).

Make sure you have first followed the steps to register your original computer’s eLicenser:

Yes - I’ve done this, and my license still isn’t appearing in the Steinberg website. I have other products appearing in the ‘Products’ page, but not my Dorico license.

If you want to send me a private message with your registered Steinberg ID and the eLicenser serial number(s), I can look into it and see what might be going on.
