Surprisingly, in spite of Steinberg acknowledging the problem some time ago, the latest update hasn’t solved the layout saving problem in Elements 10.
To recap: when I open any project everything in the “Windows Zone Control” box is deselected and I have to manually select the zones that I want to see, every time.
