I have elements 11 which, since the closure of e-licenser support does not seem to function correctly. If I decide to upgrade to Elements 14 what would be the procedure? Would I lose any projects I have? Also Download assistant no longer works, so do I need to download and install again? If so do I need to delete the old one first?
It should still work, mine does. I know it may sound dumb, but make sure the dongle is properly plugged in. If the SDA doesn’t work (in what way?), you may have a little bit of corrupted data somewhere.

Thanks for the advice. The Sda won’t load, I get error message saying no internet connection although I was on internet on other screen at the time. Should I just re- download it and reinstall?
