eLicense dongle not permitting Nuendo on new laptop

I purchased a new laptop with Windows 10. I did a fresh install of Nuendo 7 (I also purchased 8 but still prefer 7) 64 bit. It installed fine, but when I try to start it, I get an error dialog with “No valid License found. The program will quit now.”

Update: I got it working. I had to open the eLicenser software and update databases. It works now.
