Got new IMac 1 month ago. Everything was fine with Nuendo 4 and 6. Then brand new computer died—fusion drive–2 drives-got ‘disconnected’ according to Apple. They repaired it–just got computer back. Now can’t open Nuendo 4 or 6—error messages----“The Synsoacc.bundle’DDL could not be located in the Application Support folder” and “File Synsoacc.bundle does not have expected interface”. Nothing shows up in eLicenser Control Center. There is no “Recover” button in the eLicenser Control Center.
You need to download and install the latest version of the eLicenser Control Center from the eLicenser website, and then run the maintenance.
If that does not work then probably will need to contact support directly.
