eLicenser activation

I’ve just set up a new computer. Tried to drag Padshop Pro over… didn’t seem to work.

I’ve downloaded it but it can’t make it through AU validation. I’ve opened eLicenser and do not see an activation.

I’ve tried to get a new activation from Steinberg but I am not receiving any emails from them (except for the one verifying membership in this forum.

I have license keys for Padshop Pro and the Zero Gravity set. But I’m not sure how to get Padshop up and running.

Help.

I would suggest submitting a support request through your MySteinberg account so we can see your account with the licensing information. Please be sure to include your original activation code and your current SeL in the support request.
