ELicenser Control Center Blank window when verifying license, MacOS

I just upgraded my Cubase license to Cubase 13 and I was asked to verify the license. Shouldn’t be so complicated. However, whenever I enter the activation code, the eLicenser Control Center window opens up completely blank and I can’t do anything except exit the program.

I haven’t found any problem like this and I have no idea how I could go about fixing it, I’ve tried everything I can think of.

I’m using the latest version macOS version, Sonoma 14.2.1

Sorry I don’t have any solution (I’m on Windows) but wanted to observe that your screen shot shows you are indeed running the latest version of the Elicenser.

It might be helpful to others if you list your MacOS version, though
