eLicenser Control Center does not have "Soft-eLicenser number"

Dear users and developers,

Big Sur does not properly work on my MBP 2018, thus I downgraded the laptop to Mojave after installing High Sierra after erasing the volumes created by Big Sur.

Now, I installed Dorico and eLicenser Control Center.
To reactivate my license, I should know the new Soft-eLicenser number, but the menu is disappeared.
How could I know the Soft-eLicenser number?

I am attaching all menus of the Soft-eLicenser number:

Thanks in advance!

I updated Dorico 3.5.12 to Dorico 3.5.12 using Steinberg Download Assistant. Then, its Soft-eLicensor number is under the menu… It is very strange.

It looks as though there’s no Soft-eLicenser on your system. If you’re still finding that there is no Soft-eLicenser showing up in eLC, you can use the “installation helper” version that you can find here to create a new Soft-eLicenser on your system and allow you to follow the software reactivation workflow in MySteinberg.
