eLicenser Control Error! Online Sync & Maintenance failes

Hi,

I am on iMac with Mojave (v 10.14.6) and restarted my computer several times and try to do “Maintenance” but I get a window with the following error message:

What should I do please?

Could you try to plug th eUSB-eLicenser to other USB port, please?

I did! Same result! It seems few folks have the same issue on Windows!
