eLicenser Control - Error

I reinstalled everything again because the disc has definitely DAMAGED.
I reinstalled MacOS ElCapitane and cubase 9, I can not autorizare cubase9, eLicenser returns me the dialog below, before everything was great

how to solve?

I have the exact same error on new buildt PC, ASUS Z270 / i7-7700 and Windows 10 Pro.
Still Works on my old setup that is: ASUS Z68 / i7-2700 and Windows 10 Pro.
I have requested this to support hoping this to be solved, but no respose.
