something went wild while i tried to activate another elicencer with my account on spare/backup computer so elicencer where’s cubase elements and other stuff isnt on my steinberg id account , tried to reactivate with licence number but it says is deprecated … wrote to support but still nothing : / anyone ???
cubase working but soon will be upgrade my win7 to win10 finally …
You have tried to do what eLicenser does not allow, which is activating a single licence on multiple computers. Such a setup is only supported with the new Steinberg Licensing.
Follow the instructions in the Steinberg help center (click). You will probably have to fill in the Support form.
