Elicenser doesn't work with MacOS 11.2 on Mac with M1

Hi everyone!
I bought a new MacBook Pro with M1 core and want to install the Cubase Pro on it.
After I activate code for my elicenser, cubase still can’t run (no license provider) whereas licenser shows my license period not started and when I press “start period”, elicenser crashes and nothing happens.

MacOS 11.2
Cubase Pro 11.0.10
eLicenser Control Center 6.12.6.1283
