Elicenser issues!!!

I hope someone can help me ASAP because I am pretty frustrated and hate this elicenser dongle more than ever!

I had to upgrade my video card and now when I launch Wavelab it says my fingerprint is invalid etc. I am sure you know the message.

I have tried everything I can find to reactivate this license but nothing is working at all.

I have hundreds of other software and instrument installs on this machine and all work just fine but this has completely stopped and refuses to launch.

What are the steps to fix this please?

What exact message do you get? I don’t remember any such message in WaveLab. WaveLab Pro or Elements?

And what OS? I’ve not seen that message before.

Never heard or saw the term “fingerprint” with WL and I have been with WL since the middle of the 90’s. FWIW.

Just to be sure: You did run the eLicenser Control Center as Administrator and had it perform the maintenance tasks?
