eLicenser PROBLEM

Privet guys,

I forgot my login details of MySteinberg Website and was recommended to create new profile, wich I DID!

Now, my eLicenser displays ZERO licenses. Then I tried to enter my Cubase 10.5 and Dorico Licenses on MySteinberg site which reported that “someone ELSE is already using these licenses”. :wink:

Also, with Cubase 10.5 and Dorico 3, which version of HALion Orchestra do we get with the software?

Any Advice Please.
