eLicenser trouble

I recently updated to the latest version of 9.5 and have been experiencing issues with the eLicenser.

On startup, a warning will pop up saying no valid license detected or license expired and ‘click ok to abort’. It is increasingly frequent, too.

Any advice on how to resolve this? Thanks.
