Engraving Options > Cue Labels > Transposition seems to be broken

I think the attached file is pretty much factory defaults (for at least the currently open part layout), and is factory defaults for Engraving Options.

In Dorico 4.0.31 the transpositions show in cue labels despite them being turned off:

In 3.5 the transpositions are correctly hidden.

(Yes I can work around it with the “Start Text” property if need be.)
