Engraving Options/Playing Techniques/Horizontal Position not working?

I wanted to globally change the horizontal position of the playing techniques, but noticed that it doesn’t seem to work.

Then I guess the next best thing would be to mark the subject line of the original post as [SOLVED] etc.
