Enharmonic note displayed differently in score and part layout

Enharmonic note displayed differently in score and part layout. It is latest iPad version.

Changed notes of trumpet in e flat major (Mi b) in C major scale in measure 1 and 2 enharmonically to flat.

In part layout both notes are displayed as expected,…

…whereas in score, only the first not is shown as exptected and second note with sharp instead of enharmonic b.

Why is that so? Is it a bug?

At the end, I am trying to figure out the chords in measure 247 and 248 of Credo in Puccini‘s Messa a 4 voci con orchestra. Both horns and trumpets are supposed to be Mi b.

It is expected behavior that changing the spelling of a note in the score layout will also affect the part, but changing the spelling in a part layout will not affect the score.

You can propagate spellings from a part to the score by selecting a note or notes and doing Write > Respell > Propagate Note Spellings. (Or invoke Propagate Note Spellings from the jump bar.)
