Enharmonic settings in Chord track?

Just started using the Chord Track (for the first time ever) and finding it a bit quirky. For example, why can’t I choose C#sus2 or C#sus4 ? Dflatsus2 & Dflatsus4 are the only choices yet I can choose C#min.

Checked the settings but couldn’t see anything relevant.

Thanks - I’m still not sure why it’s defaulting Dflat though, when neighbouring chords are C#. If I entered a Key Signature, would that fix it so I don’t have to change each Dflat manually ?

I posted the answer.

Use the Chord Track some more to get a feel for it. Check out the options in the chord track inspector, maybe read through that manual section

The chord track uses algorithms to spell the chord.

You can type the chord symbol in manually in this case, I believe.

I think I’ll have to RTFM because it seems impossible to enter an aug7 chord: if you chouse augmented the 7 is greyed out, which is very strange. So I’ll have to see how I can manually enter it.

EDIT:
No, even if I manually type in the name, it re-spells it as c#7/flat13 which is a different chord !! Seems like a bug to me

Use +5, not aug.

The chord track uses the triad mainly, and considers 4 note chord qualities differently than say, a jazz player would.
