Enharmonic shift for the second note that is tied to a first note

If it’s possible, I’d like to be able to change the enharmonic shift of the second note (the note that is “cut”). This would allow single MIDI notes to be displayed like so:

In the meantime you could do this: insert the notes separately. The duration of the first note should be the sum of that of the two notes. Substract the length of the second note from the displayed length of the first one, mute the second one, and finally draw a slur over the two notes.
