Enter playing technique on more than one staff?

Is there a way to enter a playing technique (arco, pizz etc) on more than one staff at a time? I’ve tried selecting several adjacent staves but it only applies the technique to the top one. All suggestions appreciated.

Yes, extend the caret first :slight_smile: it’s one of the suggestions/options here.
