"Enter Tempo" does not work

When I try and run the command “Enter Tempo” does not work.
The text box for the tempo just gets white.
It does so also on the popup window (when not showing the Transport Part in the arrangement window).
It also does it when running the command from the menu bar or from a project logical editor script

Replicate:

  • Open any project.
  • Run “Enter Tempo” command

I’m using a Macbook M1 Max with MacOS 12.6.8
