I’m really impressed with VST Live so far.
The only thing I find very complicated and time-consuming is entering the chords in the Chord Track. On the one hand, it would be very intuitive if you could route MIDI tracks to the Chord Track, which would then recognize and display them. This would have to work in real time - record, play the chords as MIDI information once - done.
I’m also missing the option to select and copy multiple chords in the Chord Editor.
I look forward to an answer and feedback on this topic.
We have that almost working in the lab, but there is too much to do. You then just set a MIDI input port to the Chord Editor and it will suggest chords.
The problem is multiple selection here (there is none). But we are considering a Chord List Editor where that would be possible.
What is the status of the further development of the chord track? The input is so outdated and cumbersome that I only enter the basic chord of the song. There must be a solution that makes it easier to enter the chords for an entire song. Via MIDI track, or at least in such a way that, for example, the chords from the entire chorus can be copied into the second chorus. Am I the only one with this fundamental issue? I would appreciate a solution as soon as possible.
