Entering instructions like "verse", "bridge", "chorus" etc

Hello. I am new to Dorico and don’t know how to enter indications like “verse” “chorus”, “bridge” above the Music staves. If possible could you please tell me an easy way to do this ?

Use system text (shift-alt-X) instead of normal staff text (shift-X)

And also, I have set up a custom Paragraph Style with the particular formatting/borders etc that I want for these structural indications.
