Is there an easy way to enter text that will show on the selected measure for each player
The text example; “watch conductor”
In SMuFL, there’s a special ‘eyeglasses’ symbol for that, which is often penciled in by orchestra players near passages that require (extra) attention to the conductor.

I feel like I would completely ignore that symbol if it was actually printed in my part, it’s really meant to be written in pencil.

Fully agree, it must be penciled, preferably with some extra arrows, skulls and exclamation marks, otherwise it doesn’t count.

With some conductors, you’d ignore it anyway.
